to complement chef mourad lahlou’s dinner menu, mark ellenbogen has developed a dynamic riesling-driven wine list consisting largely of german, french & italian wines. the wines on the aziza list have been picked to pair well with the food. the list is in constant evolution; whatever tastes best with our food stays on the list. the wine list is arranged to make food pairing as easy and informative as possible. the lightest wines are at the top of each category, the fullest at the bottom. with such a unique wine list, it is required of the staff to know more than just the basics, so with every new wine that mark introduces to the list, he conducts extensive training with all staff members, so as a result, servers are never tentative in recommending wines.

a diverse cocktail menu offers a well-rounded list of signature and classic cocktails. the kitchen & the bar have collaborated to develop an innovative moroccan inspired cocktail list attuned to the restaurant’s cuisine. with their extreme popularity, the cocktails match such flavors from the kitchen as: toasted almonds, fleur de sel, bee pollen, rose & orange blossom water, tarragon, blood oranges, thyme, kefir lime, saffron, cardamom & an abundance of organic fruits. like the kitchen, the bar at aziza uses the freshest ingredients, & whenever possible, organic ones.

our relationships with two local tea purveyors, silk road & mighty leaf, are central to our tea program. our purveyors hand pick their teas in china to guarantee the best in quality. furthermore, they educate our staff in the traditions of serving and drinking tea.
